I’m Angel J. Muro, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for giving us the chance to provide you with the utmost comfort. In 2008, I founded Comfort Time Heating & Cooling with the invaluable support of a small loan from my father. Being a second-generation HVAC company owner, my journey in this field began when I was just ten years old, working alongside my father in his company. I started by holding his tools, cleaning the shop, and even washing the trucks.
However, the economic challenges of the great recession in 2008 forced my father to restructure his company. At the age of 21, he believed in my abilities and encouraged me to venture out on my own. That’s when I embarked on the journey of establishing a new HVAC business.
Throughout the years, I’ve learned that consistency is the cornerstone of Comfort Time’s success. It’s about the simple yet crucial aspects of calling ahead, punctuality, transparent pricing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This year marks the significant milestone of our 16-year anniversary in the industry. During this time, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to assemble a dedicated team who share the same passion and commitment as I do. This synergy has fueled our substantial growth and earned us a loyal customer base.
